Every program description needs a hook, but this program already has plenty of them. Join us to learn the basics of saltwater fishing from a dock. Participants will be taught how to cast, tie fishing knots, and hopefully catch a fish. Let us know you'll be attending by calling the front office at 804-642-2419. This program regularly requires a saltwater fishing license, but not this time! June 6th-8th are free fishing days in Virginia, so all ages can join this program to see if fishing is rewarding enough to buy a license. Maximum of 13 participants. Rods, reels, rigs and bait will be provided by the park.
