Refund Policy for DCR's Dam Safety Online Payments
Once we have received notification of a refund situation and able to identify the remediation needed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within the number of days dependent on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Note
- Dam Safety Licenses and Permits- Licenses and permits are not subject to exchange or return.
